Each plan differs depending on the size of the webdisk starting from 500mb going upwards. This may be the main the difference but some plans have features for ecommerce which costs slightly more.
Every clients needs are different. Depending on how much space your website will use is the question to ask yourself. Are you going to have a lot of images, videos and media rich content? Then select a plan with at least 10gb disk space. For more basic business websites which are informational based then opt for a lower disk plan such as 2.5gb or 5gb.

Having a domain will ensure that your customers and clients will be directed to your unique IP and website which you will host on your webhosting plan. You can also create emails and subdomains under this domain for other uses. It is your starting point.
All plans except the starter come with something called 'Cloudflare'. Cloudflare is a free CDN type product that protects against threats such as SQL injection and identity theft. Cloudflare also improves site performance and speeds up loading times by using their multiple data centers that are located around the world. If you want the starter plan you can add this on as an extra for a small feee.
